At the March 7, 2022, Study Session, Staff provided City Council with an updated draft of the City of Westminster 2022 Community Survey. City Council provided additional feedback and direction on the survey. The discussion regarding the details of City Council's revisions upon which a majority of City Council agreed upon can be found on the City's webcast for the March 7, 2022 Study Session starting at 3:29:23.
Per City Council's direction, Staff and the City's survey Consultant, ETC Institute (ETC), have made these revisions. A redlined version with the revisions is included as Attachment A, and the final version of the survey is included as Attachment B.
With respect to Attachment A, please note some survey sections were relocated at the direction of City Council, and other survey sections were moved in order to keep the survey length at seven pages, as originally designed. In some cases, items were also moved within their sections. Due to the number of changes as well as the need to move sections around, in order to make it easier to see the changes, Attachment A reflects additions and revisions to the survey, and items that were deleted from the survey are listed below:
DELETIONS:
Overall Satisfaction with Major City Services
DELETED - Overall quality of public schools in the City
Public Safety Services
DELETED - Fire education programs in your community
DELETED - Fire inspection programs in your community

ENTIRE SECTION BELOW WAS DELETED
What impact, if any, do you think each of the following have on the overall quality of life in Westminster:
